Status and transparency

Architecture complete, validation pending

Honesty about status is part of the method. Stating precisely what is complete and what is not protects the project and its funders: a complete documentation architecture does not turn a hypothesis into a validated result.

What is complete

  • Seven technical dossiers with the evidence, the design and the validation strategy.
  • A 20-chapter manuscript explaining the complete design.
  • 24 print-ready books and a world guide with teaching sheets.
  • A v1 screening instrument with a teacher sheet and a map of 100 titles across six worlds.

What is missing

  • Expert and community review of the common material and the situated texts.
  • Testing of the titles with real readers.
  • A closed and authorized ethics and data plan; no data on minors before that.
  • Agreements with local and regional education authorities, and bilingual education coordination.

The decision registry

Every claim with its status

The documentation control classifies every claim in the project. When two documents disagree, the decision registry prevails.

  • S · Safeguard. A condition that must not be violated.
  • D · Current design decision. A design choice in force.
  • H · Operating hypothesis. It holds, but has not yet been tested.
  • A · Open issue. Still to be resolved.
  • R · External requirement. Comes from outside the project.
The first entry is not an impact pilot.

When it happens, it will study feasibility, process, exposure, costs and adverse signals. No pre-post change will be reported as an effect: causal evaluation and scale are separate, later gates, each with its own evidence.
